From 23-03 till 04-05 people could
exit their houses only in order to:
1. go to the pharmacy or visit a doctor
2. buy supplies
3. go to the bank
4. offer to help someone in need
5. go to a ceremony
6. do physical exercise or walk a pet
They had to declare the reason of their
exit either by sending an SMS to a
5-digit number, or by writing on a piece
of paper the code number that justified
their exit. I mostly went out under the
code number 6. I was wearing the same
clothes and shoes, as this was my most
athletic outfit, which I later called “my
covid19 uniform”.
